When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or write to us by email, we process the details you provide: your name, company name, business email address, website (optional), industry, the products and quantities you require, your project details and your preferred contact method. We do not operate user accounts, newsletters or tracking analytics on this website.

Your details are used solely to review your enquiry, prepare a considered response and communicate with you about your project. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Submitting the contact form constitutes your consent to this processing, which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future.

Enquiry data is stored securely within our website infrastructure (Lovable Cloud) and delivered to us by email. Data is processed within the European Union where possible; where service providers process data outside the EU, this occurs only on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

We retain enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter only where statutory retention obligations apply. Data that is no longer required is deleted.
