Terms & Conditions
The framework within which MARÉE by Maven & Muse undertakes considered sourcing and personalisation for its clients.
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions govern the sourcing, personalisation and coordination services provided by MARÉE by Maven & Muse, Almir Dulovic, Leimenkaut 12A, 61191 Rosbach vor der Höhe, Germany ("MARÉE"), to business clients in yachting, boutique cruises, private aviation and boutique hospitality. They apply to all enquiries, quotations and contracts unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Services
MARÉE acts as a premium sourcing and branded product partner. We select, personalise and coordinate products through carefully chosen manufacturers and suppliers. MARÉE does not operate in-house production, stockholding or fulfilment services; production and delivery are carried out by the respective manufacturers and logistics partners.
3. Enquiries and Quotations
Enquiries submitted via this website or by email are non-binding. Any quotation issued by MARÉE is valid for the period stated therein. A contract is concluded only upon written confirmation of an order by MARÉE. Delivery timelines, capacities and shipping arrangements are confirmed individually for each project before an order is binding; no delivery commitment is made prior to such confirmation.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are quoted individually per project and are net of statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are set out in the respective quotation or order confirmation. In the event of late payment, statutory default interest applies.
5. Client Materials and Branding
Where the client provides logos, artwork or other brand materials for personalisation, the client warrants that it holds all necessary rights and that such use does not infringe third-party rights. The client indemnifies MARÉE against claims arising from the use of materials provided by the client.
6. Liability
MARÉE is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. In cases of simple negligence, MARÉE is liable only for breach of material contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Liability for defects in products manufactured by third-party suppliers is governed by the statutory provisions; MARÉE will support the client in asserting such claims.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties treat project details, pricing and brand information exchanged in the course of an enquiry or commission as confidential and use them solely for the purpose of the engagement.
8. Final Provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from business dealings with merchants is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of MARÉE. Should any provision be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
